Dawnbreakers Outdoor Group Training for you or your partner.

Autumn Winter 2010:
Port Melbourne for Men and Women

Tuesdays and Fridays 6.30-7.30am

Williamstown Mondays 5-6pm

Saturdays 7.45-8.45am

Can't commit to the whole course? No problem, ask us about your options!

These sessions are perfect for those of you who are at least 6 months post natal, have been maintaining your health and fitness and just need a little push. Dawnbreakers sessions are also perfect for your partner or friends.

The sessions are tailored to all levels of ability and are aimed at improving your: fitness, strength, balance, coordination, vitality and appearance.

Hanmer St, Williamstown Mel Ref:56 D10

The sessions are run by Meg Campbell and Linda Morrison, two highly qualified personal trainers with over 30 years joint experience in the fitness industry.
