If you are pregnant, a new mum who wants to start her postnatal exercise program or a partner of a mum or mum-to-be, Plus One Mums can help. Our fitness classes and online programs will enhance your wellness experience whilst you embark on this new journey.
Our Exercise Classes at a glance:
- Tuesday morning 6.30am Dawnbreakers Port Melbourne(not specifically pre/post natal but can be tailored to your needs)
- Friday morning 6.30am Womens Run Group and Wellness Class Port Melbourne
- Pre natal/Post natal Class Friday 10am-10.50am Port Melbourne
- Pre natal/Post natal Class Thursday 9.30-10.20am Williamstown
- Sat morning 7.45am DawnbreakersWilliamstown (not specifically pre natal but can be tailored to your needs)
